I am happy to see my portraits of a sister and brother hanging on a living-room wall. I took the photos in an improvised studio, actually a bathroom with a roof window. I used Photoshop to remove dark lines from the seams between the tiles on the bathroom wall. The children’s parents were happy with the result.
The two small images on the right are also mine. I used the Polaroid emulsion lift process to create them, which can give really artistic – and not always predictable – results.
